Request for Proposals – Construction and Renovation
Bids are being solicited by the Richland County First Steps Partnership for renovations within existing child care centers – specifically infant/toddler classrooms.   Contractors will provide expertise on renovation guidelines, space planning, materials needed and labor to meet the needs of creating and/or renovating infant/toddler classrooms. 

• The deadline to submit a proposal is Monday, March 15, 2010 by 9 am.  

Proposals will be opened publicly at 9:30 am on Monday, March 15, 2010 at Richland County First Steps, 2008 Marion Street, Suite B, Columbia, SC 29201.

• A drop-in to view the space will be held on Monday, March 8, 2010 from 1 – 3 p.m. at:

Bids are being solicited by the Richland County First Steps Partnership for all materials to be used in infant/toddler classrooms.   Contractors will provide guidance on items needed in classroom, space planning, and materials needed to meet the needs of creating a mixed aged infant/toddler classroom.
